Oliver Betancourt

 

Oliver was born in Venezuela. He was always dreaming of becoming a chef and especially having his own restaurant where he could fully realize his creative ideas. One day he decided to come to Italy and that is where he started to work. He worked in many restaurants including some in Forte dei Marmi, a place that is famous for it's high quality services, beaches and restaurants.

Some years ago he decided to move to Florence seeking for inspiration to fullfil his dreams. That is how he got to know Cuculia where he was hired immidiately and where he continues to work nowadays as a chef.
